We are an exclusively online store. We work hard to make your shopping experience as smooth and convenient as possible — from our website to your doorstep.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
The total delivery time consists of two stages:
Processing time: 1–3 business days
Shipping time: 5–7 business days
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is completely free within Ireland. No minimum order is required.
Which courier do you use?
We work with a reliable courier partner to ensure safe and efficient delivery of all orders.
Where does Fluffy Fuzzy ship to?
We currently ship across the entire Republic of Ireland.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your delivery.
What happens if I provide an incorrect address?
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a full and correct delivery address. If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, the cost of reshipping will be charged to the customer.
Returns & Refunds
How long do I have to return a product?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
How can I return a product?
To request a return, please email us at info@fluffyfuzzy.com and include your order number, reason for return, full name, address, and photos if the product is damaged.
Who pays the return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Fluffy Fuzzy does not offer free returns.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive your return request and the returned product.
Do you offer product exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return it, receive your refund, and place a new order.
What should I do if my product arrives damaged or defective?
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 72 hours at info@fluffyfuzzy.com with photos of the item and its packaging. We will resolve the situation and, if needed, cover the return shipping costs.

Are taxes included in the product price?
Yes. All prices include VAT as required by Irish legislation.
